Base Algorithm and Open Data of Auditing the e-Learning Digital Accessibility

Enhancement the methodology for assessing digital accessibility of e-learning is an important condition improving quality modern educational services. In order to develop a basic algorithm auditing accessibility, expert data from 173 resources (56 Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) in mathematics, 65 MOOCs computer science and programming, 22 intra-university online courses 30 cardiopulmonary resuscitation) were systematized analyzed. The paper considers: methods process collecting data, content sets, procedure empirical analysis results testing accessibility. structure proposed includes following stages: preparation examination; automatic generation sets; analysis; formulating final conclusion recommendations Further use sets audits can be useful development accessible education, training specialists, strengthening regulatory control mechanisms field education.
